The specific organisations we will donate to are the Khan Younis Emergency Water Lifeline in Gaza, and The Popular Committee in Lebanon. You can read more about our decision to support these collectives here. These are their own words:
Khan Younis Emergency Water Lifeline
Al-Mawasi in Khan Younis has become a refuge for hundreds of thousands of people pushed out of their destroyed neighborhoods. Right now, over a million people are living in tents, often sleeping ten to a single tent, with barely any water deliveries in recent weeks as local campaigns struggle to sustain their efforts. Compounding this crisis, most of the city’s water wells have been intentionally damaged by Israelis since early 2024, leaving the remaining supply contaminated and entirely unsafe for human consumption or basic hygiene.
We are a small, dedicated group of volunteers on the ground. We work closely with local drivers and trusted community networks to deliver clean water to the camps that official aid trucks cannot reliably reach. Last summer, our grassroots effort successfully delivered 2 to 3 water trucks per week, supplying over 650,000 liters of clean drinking water across 7 shelters and camps.
But the need is growing faster than our funding. With your help, we urgently want to double our weekly deliveries before soaring summer temperatures turn severe thirst into a deadly emergency.
Every dollar raised goes directly to sourcing clean water and paying local drivers to transport it safely into the camps.
Tanseqeye Shaabeye Lebanon (The Popular Committee Lebanon)
As we write this, Lebanon is under a barrage of attacks from the Zionist entity. The south of the country, the Bekaa and the capital, Beirut, are all being hit continuously and indiscriminately with the number of martyrs and wounded still unknown. This attack came after almost 15 months of continuous aggressions despite the so—called “ceasefire”, near daily attacks across the South, with the number of martyrs only increasing. Currently, hundreds of families are fleeing their homes across the South, Beirut, and within the Palestinian refugee camps, as the entity continues launching violent airstrikes in residential areas, wrecking a country still recovering from the last full—scale Zionist onslaught it suffered a year ago. These attacks further displaced Lebanese, Palestinian, Syrian and other migrant communities residing in the affected areas, all forced to leave their homes to evacuate to “safer” areas, only to find those areas under Zionist attack as well. People are stuck on the street, in the cold, with nowhere to go.
It is our duty to provide all the support we are able to give to people directly affected by the zionist attacks. We are an informal group of organizers who practice mutual aid and politically—informed community support, especially to those who do not and will not benefit from institutional assistance and existing humanitarian aid resources. We came together in October 2023, and are now part of a coalition currently leading an emergency response. We are a front for solidarity with all those who are in support of the fight against Zionism and for the Liberation of Palestine. Your contribution is invaluable. These funds will go toward food for those affected, buying tents and hygiene baby formula, mattresses, equipping spaces with basic infrastructure, and more. Any donation, no matter how small, will go a long way toward helping those affected. We will not abandon Palestine. We will not abandon those who are most vulnerable.
Free Palestine. Free Lebanon. Free Europe from itself.
