Anna and Fardau form the pop-folk duo biologisch afbreekbaar. Together they express themselves through ethereally harmonised songs and sing in Dutch about societal pressures and finding inner peace. The duo started in 2023 and has since built a strong musical bond with a shared love for poetry. They use metaphors based on nature, which they call their main source of inspiration. Their music is recognizable by its poetic lyrics and captivating harmonies, which quickly draw you into their warm and vulnerable world. They are releasing their debut EP, titled ‘vandaag, morgen en gisteren’ (today, tomorrow and yesterday) later this year. A collection of 4 songs that take you through the day and tell a story about being stuck in a cycle. The duo has already gained attention from 3voor12, Friesland Pop and Leeuwarder Courant, among others. They hope to put their project more on the map in the coming year and encourage people to be more vulnerable.
