01101110 01100010 is a sharing of research on gender performativity through the practice of walking. An ordinary human action, yet one of the richest forms of nonverbal communication. It is an embodied everyday practice that continuously expresses and shapes how we are perceived through imposed social structures. This research investigates walking as both a site of expression and a site of vulnerability, asking how gender is performed, read, and negotiated through the moving body.
