Scan the QR code and you’re invited to record a brief, silent gesture — ten to fifteen seconds, no words — in response to a prompt like “let your movement break midway” or “allow a small error to enter your action.” Your gesture is submitted anonymously, then continuously fragmented, delayed, and recombined by the system into a shared, ever-changing visual field. Nobody owns their gesture anymore — it becomes part of a collective organism in constant flux. A meditation on what happens to presence and identity when everything we do gets mediated, compressed, and reassembled by the systems around us.
