We hope to make this festival as horizontal and self-organised as possible. Because we wish to have as little hierarchy as possible between audience members, hosts, organisers and artists, ideally everybody will give some of their time in making this festival happen!

BAR Make and serve drinks, sometimes until late!
AWARENESS/WELL-BEING Taking care of our community by being present on location and offering different kind of support.
TECH Setting up sound and light, experience needed! (Do you have some equipment you are happy to share? Send us an email!).
BUILD UP Help coordinating BANGS on the spot by welcoming the artists and connecting them with the location, and help build up. You will also check in with the build down team to brief them about how to take care of the space after a show or party.
BUILD DOWN Taking care of the space after a show/party, by building down and cleaning up the locations.
KITCHEN Chop, cook, serve and clean up!
